Your welcome is sure to be an honour and a real pleasure for us. On taking over this establishment in 1999, I wanted to create a space that was both calm and convivial, where you can easily unwind and forget about everything.
Doesn’t this former local grocery and bar, once the stamping ground of the Loire fishermen, evoke a certain romanticism and nostalgia?
To conserve the local tradition and spirit, I decided to privilege the choice of a variety of locally caught fish dishes.
After my "Tour de France" of prestigious restaurants I gained invaluable experience of various local gastronomy.
In settling here, step by step, the menus have become more and more refined, rich in creativity and innovation, never ceasing in our search for new ingredients and inspiration.
In season, we offer : perch, pike, mullet accompanied by freshly harvested Sologne vegetables (asparagus, strawberries, courgettes…)

Bernard Loiseau and Christian Willer, with whom I had the great pleasure of working for, tought me the importance of quality ingredients, which awaken our senses and bring out the unique flavours of the "terroir".
