In May 2023, in the historic heart of Blois, at the foot of the steps leading to the Château and the House of Magic, a second restaurant opened, strengthening the brand’s identity and ambition.
The concept is rooted in quality, with a strong commitment to local sourcing, short supply chains, and neighbourhood producers, all within a warm and friendly atmosphere.
In December 2025, the brand evolves and becomes Chez Mamie Annie – Burgers & Traditions, marking a new chapter focused even more deeply on family heritage and heartfelt recipes.
This journey will continue with the upcoming opening of a Paris location, scheduled for the first half of 2026.
