Bro’s Restaurant is a project born from a meeting between Alexandre and Romain 10 years ago. More than a professional relationship, a friendship blossomed around their shared passion: cooking. Reflecting this relationship, Alexandre and Romain wanted to make Bro’s Restaurant a friendly place conducive to meetings between friends in two worlds, a gastronomic part and a tapas part, in a chic and natural spirit.
The two friends invite you to enjoy cuisine based on fresh, local, and sustainably sourced ingredients, and to take advantage of a wine list that Alexandre and Romain have meticulously curated after numerous meetings with talented winemakers from the Loire Valley.
