Welcome to Domaine de Champouteau, located in Averdon, in the Blois countryside.
Just 15 minutes from Blois and the banks of the Loire, you can enjoy a peaceful setting while being close to the region's must-see sites. The estate is an ideal starting point for exploring the châteaux of the Loire Valley, such as Blois, Chambord, Cheverny, and more. go on bike rides along the Châteaux à Vélo routes, sample local produce (local markets, Loire wines, organic farms), and more.
Whether you are interested in heritage, nature or gastronomy, the owners will be delighted to advise you on how to make your stay an authentic and rejuvenating experience.
On site, you can enjoy the heated swimming pool from May to September. The spa is open all year round (additional charge and reservation required).
A pétanque court, table tennis table, mini football pitch, swings and children's games will keep young and old alike happy.

Close to our three gîtes, our guest house welcomes you to four charming guest rooms where you can discover our beautiful region:
- Hortense (39 m²): located on the first floor of our house, we offer this spacious room with its romantic and refined décor. In this region steeped in history, its regal feel will delight you.
- Léonie (29 m²): this beautiful room, on the first floor of our house, will charm you with its floral décor. Be inspired by its antique objects to write down your travel memories.
- Marion (29 m²): located on the first floor of our house, relax in this more contemporary room. Wood is the star of the show, highlighted by different finishes (natural, stained, oiled, burnt), giving this room a warm and authentic atmosphere.
- Camille (25 m²): This room on the first floor of our house has a warm, bucolic atmosphere. The bull's-eye window frames the surrounding nature.

Each room has: a king-size bed (180x200 cm), a private bathroom and separate toilet, a courtesy tray (kettle, organic tea, organic herbal tea, Nespresso coffee machine, organic coffee in compostable capsules and treats).
Outside: Private parking. Garden.
Fans available on request. Baby equipment available on request. Wi-Fi. Non-smoking accommodation.
Sweet and savoury breakfast: freshly squeezed orange juice, fruit salad, compotes, homemade pastries, homemade jams, hot drinks, seasonal fruit, homemade bread, eggs, cold meats, cheese, etc.
