Welcome to Domaine de Champouteau, located in Averdon, in the Blois countryside.
Just 15 minutes from Blois and the banks of the Loire, you can enjoy a peaceful setting while being close to the region's must-see sites. The estate is an ideal starting point for exploring the châteaux of the Loire Valley, such as Blois, Chambord, Cheverny, and more. go on bike rides along the Châteaux à Vélo routes, sample local produce (local markets, Loire wines, organic farms), and more.
Whether you are interested in heritage, nature or gastronomy, the owners will be delighted to advise you on how to make your stay an authentic and rejuvenating experience.
On site, you can enjoy the heated swimming pool from May to September. The spa is open all year round (additional charge and reservation required).
A pétanque court, table tennis table, mini football pitch, swings and children's games will keep young and old alike happy.

- Hortensias (maximum 12 people, 4 bedrooms):
Ground floor: living room opening onto a fully equipped kitchen. 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160x200). 1 shower room. 1 WC. Pantry.
First floor: 1 family bedroom (1 double bed 160x200, 1 single bed 90x190 + 1 cot). 1 bedroom with 2 single beds 90x190 (can be joined to form 1 double bed) + 1 sofa bed 90x180 for extra sleeping space. 1 bedroom with 4 single beds 90x190 (can be joined to form double beds). 1 bathroom. 1 toilet.
Outside: Private parking. Private garden (not overlooked) with garden furniture.
- Bergerie (maximum 10 people, 4 bedrooms):
Ground floor: living room opening onto fitted kitchen. 1 double bedroom (1 bed 160x200). 1 shower room. 1 toilet. Laundry room.
Upstairs: 1 double bedroom (1 bed 160x200). 1 bedroom with 3 single beds 90x200. 1 bedroom with 3 single beds 90x200. 1 bathroom. 1 toilet.

- Glycines (maximum 6 people, 3 bedrooms):
Ground floor: living room opening onto fitted kitchen. 1 shower room. 1 toilet.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160x200 + 1 cot). 1 bedroom with 2 single beds 90x190 (can be joined to form 1 double bed) with en-suite bathroom. 1 bedroom (double bed 140 x 190).
