Hidden behind the walls of a former vineyard, the Clos Saint-Lubin garden is a haven of nature, combining botanical collections and native plants. It's located in Suèvres, in the Loire Valley, 15 minutes from Blois and Chambord.
A former kitchen garden transformed into a pleasure garden, wild undergrowth, scrubland garden, calcicolous orchid lawn and orchard planted with old and local varieties cover around 1 hectare. The garden is designed to be as environmentally-friendly as possible, with no watering and no pesticides. Various arrangements and a certain "laissez-faire" approach allow spontaneous flora and fauna to flourish.
The nursery: as a nurseryman-producer, I offer hardy perennials for dry gardens produced on site. They are grown outdoors without fertilizers or pesticides, and respect the cycle of the seasons.
