Description of the cottage:
Ground floor:
1 kitchen with a bread oven, 1 living/dining room with a sofa, shower room, toilet. A lovely fireplace awaits you in winter. Dishwasher and washing machine.

Board games.

Upstairs:
1 large living room (bedroom with two single beds and one double bed + a sofa bed), one bedroom with one double bed + one single bed + a cot, one bedroom with one double bed and one single bed, and a shower room with toilet. In total, there are 3 bedrooms for 10 to 12 people.
Private enclosed garden. Non-smoking accommodation.

Practical Information
- A €500 security deposit will be required upon arrival. Consider taking out holiday insurance to cover any risks related to interior or exterior damage (see your home insurance policy).

- Heating is not included in the price. During the heating season, expect to pay around €35 ​​for a 3-day/2-night weekend. A meter reading will be taken upon arrival and departure so you only pay for your actual consumption.

???? Pets are welcome (we accept a maximum of one pet, provided it is clean and does not go upstairs). To ensure everything runs smoothly, please contact us beforehand. It's always nicer to plan this together!
