A family-run cookie factory since 1905, St Michel opens the doors of its Atelier in Contres. In the boutique (free admission), take the time to taste the cakes (including a range specific to the Atelier) with simple recipes, no preservatives, no coloring, and give your opinion! You'll also find plenty of gift ideas! The more curious can sign up for a guided tour of the production workshops, including a projection room and tasting area. Guided tours every weekday at 2pm, and 3:30pm on Saturdays.
