Located in the heart of the Domaine de Chaumont-sur-Loire hotel, Le Bois des Chambres, Le Grand Chaume restaurant welcomes lovers of fine, authentic cuisine in an architectural setting and décor that is far from standard.

Victor Villatte's cuisine at Le Grand Chaume was awarded a score of 14/20 by the renowned Gault&Millau guide, which awarded him two toques and classified the restaurant in the ‘Table de Chef’ category.

Inspired by both the turrets of Renaissance castles and haystacks in the countryside, a huge thatched flower shelters a series of spaces opening onto the terrace by the pond, the farmyard
or simply the landscape.

Located in the heart of the Centre Val-de-Loire region, near Tours, Amboise and Blois, the hotel and restaurant are located 300 metres from the Domaine de Chaumont-sur-Loire (south entrance). Reservations required in the evening, entry to the Domaine not compulsory.
