The Moulin d'Arrivay, owned by the municipality of Fossé since January 2001, is located on the banks of the Cisse River, below the hamlet of Val de Cisse, within the enclosed courtyard of the magnificent Beauceronne farm. This 19th-century watermill was restored to its original condition in 2004. It produced flour for bread and operated until 1954, when it was used to make ground grain (flattened cereals for animals). All three floors are occupied. On the first floor, a small museum explains how a mill works and displays small agricultural equipment. On the second floor, the Loir-et-Cher beekeepers' union has set up a beekeeping museum, and on the third floor we host various exhibitions. This farm also has a bread oven that we use.
