A peaceful haven in a green setting at the gates of the Loire castles. Ideal for family gatherings, reunions with friends, and cousin get-togethers...

Our charming group gîte can accommodate up to 23 people and consists of 2 houses of 240 and 120 m² for a total of 8 bedrooms (+ a sofa bed on the upper floor of the large house), 7 bathrooms (4 showers and 3 bathtubs), 6 toilets.
A large dining room allows everyone to gather comfortably for meals. During the autumn/winter season, a large open fireplace in the living room will provide cozy moments of relaxation.

The accommodation:
The "small house" consists of 3 upstairs bedrooms, each with its own shower room, toilet, and sink (3x90 and 2x140), and 1 ground-floor bedroom with bathtub, toilet, and double sinks (2x90).

The "large house" consists of 1 ground-floor bedroom (1x160), 1 shower, 1 toilet.
Upstairs, 3 bedrooms: a 40m² master suite with a clawfoot bathtub (1x160 and 2x90 + 1 sofa bed) and 2 others bedrooms (1x160, 2x90), toilet, large bathroom + 1 sofa bed in the hallway. The village of Concriers is 5 minutes from Josnes, where a delightful bakery will please your breakfasts.
