Gîte Le Clos Audy

Between Loire and Sologne, our charming cottage is located in the heart of a village at the gates of Chambord, on the route of the castles by bike and 10 km from Blois and Cheverny.

Our cottage of 75 m², recently renovated, in a family house of the eighteenth, offers all the comforts and can accommodate a family of 4 to 5 people.
It is located on the 1st floor of a dependency annexed to the residence of the owners.

From the shared courtyard where you can park your vehicle, you access through an independent entrance to the apartment which then consists of a fully equipped kitchen area (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, Tassimo machine) , overlooking the living - dining room with a sofa bed 140, a large room with a bed of 140 and a bed of 90, a bathroom and separate toilet.

Access to a games room and ping-pong and a small private garden with terrace and lawn.
Internet access in the cottage.
