As you descend into the heart of the caves, you enter a fascinating world of underground lakes and strange, sparkling limestone concretions. A world where nature is the instigator of an unusual craft: petrification, underground seepage water laden with calcium carbonate, transforms stone objects and carves bas-reliefs.
