La Biscuiterie de Chambord, founded in 1978, welcomes you to its 7 stores, where you'll find cookies that have been handcrafted for 40 years. A selection of noble raw materials combined with rigorous know-how ensures the irreproachable quality of the various cookies. The company has delighted the palates of its loyal customers, thanks in particular to its specialty: Le Palet Solognot, a fine galette sprinkled with raisins macerated in Negrita rum.

A must-have local cookie, it has made the Biscuiterie de Chambord famous both in the Sologne region and nationally and internationally. But it's not its only delicacy... cherry cakes, caramel tuiles, blueberry tuiles, chocolate petits fours and many other cookies have been added to its historic range.

More recently, the company has innovated with gluten-free cookies, organic cookies, sugar-free cookies and a delicious range of aperitif cookies that are popular with young and old alike.
