The 3-star Gîte des Pins is located in a park 200 metres from the Cheverny forest. Very quiet location. Fully renovated detached house. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi. Contemporary décor. Separate entrance with private parking. The gîte is ideally located 2 km from Cheverny Castle, half an hour from Beauval and very close to other tourist attractions in the region: Blois, Chambord, Chenonceau, Chaumont, etc. The cottage comprises a living room on the ground floor: lounge/dining room/kitchen with a sofa bed (convertible into a 140 cm bed), armchairs, TV, table and 6 chairs, small furniture, open-plan fitted kitchen (fridge/freezer, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, etc. Upstairs: a large bedroom with a 180 cm bed, desk, a small bedroom/rest area with two 90 cm beds (pull-out beds), a second bathroom with shower and toilet. Terrace, private garden. Garden furniture: tables and chairs, garden furniture, sun loungers, plancha grill. Minimum stay of 2 nights outside school holidays and 3 nights during school holidays. Check-in: between 5pm and 8pm. Check-out: before 10am. Pets are not allowed. Non-smoking accommodation. Parties are not allowed.
