How long does it take to receive my e-tickets in my mailbox?

You will need to wait between 5 and 10 minutes to receive them in your e-mail inbox. Remember to check your spam or junk mail, promotions. After that, you can go to your customer account and request a new delivery or download your tickets. How to use my tickets

Tickets are not nominative. They can be used whenever you wish and separately if required, subject to the opening period of the sites. Pass’ Châteaux tickets are neither exchangeable nor refundable, and validity dates cannot be changed. Present your ticket on your phone (zoom in on the bar code) or print them out.

When is a Pass' Châteaux not suitable?
