- How long does it take to receive my e-tickets in my mailbox?
You will need to wait between 5 and 10 minutes to receive them in your e-mail inbox. Remember to check your spam or junk mail, promotions.
After that, you can go to your customer account and request a new delivery or download your tickets.

- Tickets are not nominative.
- Tickets can be used at any time and separately if required, subject to the opening dates of the sites.
- Pass’ Châteaux tickets are neither exchangeable nor refundable, and validity dates cannot be changed.
- Present your tickets on your mobile phone (zoom in on the bar code) or print them out.
- Château de Cheverny :
Peak season: You must present your e-ticket at the tent set up near the gates.
Non-peak period: You must present your e-ticket at the château ticket office before you can enter the château.
