- How long does it take to receive my e-tickets in my mailbox?
You will need to wait between 5 and 10 minutes to receive them in your e-mail inbox. Remember to check your spam or junk mail, promotions.
After that, you can go to your customer account and request a new delivery or download your tickets.

- How to use my tickets
- Tickets are not nominative.
- They can be used whenever you wish and separately if required, subject to the opening period of the sites.
- Pass’ Châteaux tickets are neither exchangeable nor refundable, and validity dates cannot be changed.
- Present your tickets on your mobile phone (zoom in on the bar code) or print them out.
- Château de Cheverny :
Peak season: You must present your e-ticket at the tent set up near the gates.
Non-peak period: You must present your e-ticket at the château ticket office before you can enter the château.

Do not buy the Pass’ Châteaux packages in the following cases, as you will be able to obtain special rates or free tickets from the châteaux:

disability card holder>Chambord is free for visitors aged under 25 (EU), and reduced rates are on sale directly at the château (proof of age required).
