How to use my tickets

Tickets are not nominative. Tickets can be used at any time and separately if required, subject to the opening dates of the sites. Pass’ Châteaux tickets are neither exchangeable nor refundable, and validity dates cannot be changed. Present your tickets on your mobile phone (zoom in on the bar code) or print them out. Château de Cheverny : Peak season : You must present your e-ticket at the tent set up near the gates. Non-peak period : You must present your e-ticket at the château ticket office before gaining access to the château.

When is a Pass' Châteaux not suitable?

Do not buy the Pass’ Châteaux packages in the following cases, as you will be able to obtain special rates or free tickets from the châteaux: Children (see our single tickets) student large family teacher journalist jobseeker disability card holder >Chambord is free for visitors aged under 25 (EU), and reduced rates are on sale directly at the château (proof of age required). >The over-60s benefit from a preferential rate at the Château de Chenonceau.
