    After that, you can go to your customer account and request a new delivery or download your tickets.

    • Tickets are not nominative.
    • They can be used whenever you wish and separately if required, subject to the opening period of the sites.
    • Pass’ Châteaux tickets are neither exchangeable nor refundable, and validity dates cannot be changed.
    • Present your ticket on your phone (zoom in on the bar code) or print them out.

    Do not buy the Pass’ Châteaux packages in the following cases, as you will be able to obtain special rates or free tickets from the châteaux:

    disability card holder

    >Chambord is free for visitors aged under 25 (EU), and reduced rates are on sale directly at the château (proof of age required).

    >The over-60s benefit from a preferential rate at the Château de Chenonceau.

    For children: a single ticket dedicated to children is available on this online shop.

    No refunds will be made once your order has been confirmed.
