In June 2021, in Nemours, the hometown of one of the founders’ grandmother, Thomas Rambour and Frédéric Dossetti opened Les Burgers d’Annie. A heartfelt tribute, paid during her lifetime, to Annie, a beloved family figure who passed on her passion for cooking, sharing, and simple pleasures made with love. In May 2023, in the historic heart of Blois, at the foot of the steps leading to the Château and the House of Magic, a second restaurant opened, strengthening the brand’s identity and ambition. The concept is rooted in quality, with a strong commitment to local sourcing, short supply chains, and neighbourhood producers, all within a warm and friendly atmosphere. In December 2025, the brand evolves and becomes Chez Mamie Annie – Burgers & Traditions, marking a new chapter focused even more deeply on family heritage and heartfelt recipes. This journey will continue with the upcoming opening of a Paris location, scheduled for the first half of 2026. Today and tomorrow, Annie’s world welcomes you for a genuine, comforting and authentic dining experience.
