On Blois’ most popular port, with a panoramic view over the town and its monuments, take time to laugh and dance at the guinguette Pause en Loire. Just a stone’s throw from the town center, south of the Pont Jacques Gabriel, this is the place to be for family afternoons: while the kids play on the playground, parents can enjoy a game of pétanque. The guinguette is right on the Loire à Vélo cycle path and the starting point for boat trips.
