Furnished tourist accommodation (apartments or houses for short-term rental) must be declared to the town hall by filling in the CERFA form (download). In the year following your registration, you will need to obtain state classification (stars) or private labeling (Gîtes de Fr, Bienvenue au Château…) for your furnished accommodation, in order to guarantee holidaymakers the quality of the accommodation on offer.

Bed and breakfast: within a year of joining the association, you’ll need to classify your rooms using private labels (Gîtes de France, Maison Passion…) or have them qualified by Chambres d’hôtes Référence (a service offered by Tourist Offices), to guarantee holidaymakers the quality of the accommodation on offer.

  • ON WHAT DATE?

The call for membership fees runs from mid-October to mid-December.
If you’re planning to start up your business in the following year, you’ll want to anticipate your communications and join to get your business off to a good start in your first tourist season.

We also offer a partial membership (from mid-April to mid-June) to help you promote your business during the current season. This partial membership is reserved for new activities starting up during the year.
