The Basilica of Notre-Dame de la Trinité is a major example of sacred art from the interwar period. It is the world center for the devotion of the Three Hail Marys, a prayer received in the Middle Ages by Saint Mechtilde.
Erected in the 1930s by a group of talented craftsmen and artists, the 14 immense stained-glass windows and the majestic mosaic in the choir radiate beautiful shimmering colors. The building is a gentle reflection of the Virgin Mary, to whom it pays homage.
